Here's the Solution to this Question

In a deck of 52 cards, there are 4 suits. In order to guarantee 3 cards of one suit, it is necessary to have 2 cards of each suit, i.e. only 8 cards, and no matter which suit will come, the 9th card will be taken because there will be the third card of one suit.
