Let the number of committee is $x$ .

Since each committee consists of 10 people but each employee belongs to 6 committee,

Then, total number of employee $=10 x-(50 \times 5)$

$=10 x-250$

Hence,

$10 x-250=50\\ x=300 / 10=30$

There are 30 committees.
