Here's the Solution to this Question

W\cup Y=\{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9\}

Q\cap Y=\{2,4,6,8\}

Y^c=\{3,7,10\}.

So P\setminus Y = P \cap Y^c=P\cap \{3,7,10\}.

W\cap Q=\{2,4,6,8\}.

Hence (W\cap Q)\cup Y=\{1,2,4,5,6,8,9\}=Y
